Laboratory Manager $5000 Sign On Bonus

Full-Time Days (M-F)

The job duties of a Laboratory Manager includes:
Provides direct supervision for Medical Technologist & Phlebotomist
Conducts Training & Development of Staff/New Equipment
Defines, coordinates, and monitors, quality assurance
Ensures quality control & compliance procedures are followed
Develops and manages annual lab budget
Acts as hands on medical technologist

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

MT (ASCP) Certification or Equivalent

4 years Experience
