Family Nurse Practitioner
Family Nurse Practitioner – 3 days per week in our rural health clinic.
The Mid-Level Practitioner provides comprehensive and coordinated primary and preventive health care services to a diverse population across the lifespan. He/She collaborates with their Collaborative Physician in the management of patient care and the coordination of referrals and follow-up care. The Mid-Level Practitioner periodically reviews the clinic’s policies, procedures and services and relaying recommended changes to the Clinic Office Manager. Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant program, leading to a Master’s Degree and the meeting of all requirements to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant in the state of Missouri. Must possess appropriate certification and degree from a United States institution of higher education.
Licensure: Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Missouri prior to beginning employment.
Valid DEA and BNDD certificates.
