Responsible for duties surrounding the general and special meetings of the Quality Department. Manages office and provides support as assigned.
High School degree or equivalent required. Associate degree in administrative or medical office studies preferred.
State Required: None
GPRMC Required/Preferred: None
1. Sit six hours per day.
2. Stand and/or walk two hours per day.
3. Lift up to ten pounds one time per month.
4. Bend, reach, stoop and crouch daily.
5. Visual acuity, ability to speak, hear, manual dexterity, and eye hand coordination required.
Coordinates daily safety huddle.
Provide secretarial assistance as required including agendas, minutes, meeting schedules.
Support Quality Department and hospital committees as assigned.
Ensures completion of safety requirements for Quality Department.
Serve as Gatekeeper for posting policies and procedures on the intranet, plus maintain Meditract.
Prepares information for submission to insurance for policies/premiums and maintains documentation.
